Motion S5M-00612: 40 Years of Broomlands and Bourtreehill Age Concern

That the Parliament acknowledges the release of a new book commemorating 40 years of Broomlands and Bourtreehill Age Concern; notes the hard work of the author, Donald L Reid; recognises that all proceeds will go to the group to help with its continued good works; appreciate that the book highlights the work and dedication of many exceptional volunteers throughout the group’s long service, in particular that of Betty Weir and Jean Reader, who have been involved since the beginning, and thanks the author and everyone involved in the book for helping to bring attention to this important and inspiring group.
