That the Parliament congratulates the 90-year-old volunteer worker, Mrs Betty Kilpatrick, on her invitation to turn on the Kilwinning Christmas lights in 2016; expresses its thanks to Mrs Kilpatrick for her 40 years of volunteering for the Red Cross and the cadets among other valuable work that she has undertaken in the community; commends Promoting Kilwinning on awarding this honour to such a deserving person, and wishes Kilwinning a very successful event.
