That the Parliament congratulates the Kilwinning Academy pupil, Lucy Martin, on her recent outstanding achievement in beating her personal best by three points at the international figure skating competition, the Denkova-Staviski Cup, in Bulgaria; understands that the 14-year-old was competing against skaters from all over Europe and finished third overall, and wishes her every success at the forthcoming British Championships and in her future sporting career.
