That the Parliament congratulates and commends the Irvine-based company, Dream Brides, on it being shortlisted in the Wedding Boutique of the Year category for the South West region at the Scottish Bridal Awards 2017 after being nominated by its customers; believes that it has been a vibrant and successful business since it opened 1999, and wishes it every success at the awards ceremony, which will take place in Glasgow in March.
