That the Parliament congratulates everyone at the Kilwinning Early Years Centre on it winning the Raising Attainment in Numeracy category at the Scottish Education Awards 2016; appreciates the hard work of the parents and staff at the centre; understands that it has incorporated numeracy into meaningful contexts throughout the playroom to assist in learning; anticipates its continued success, and sends its best wishes to everyone involved.
