On Wednesday Ruth attended an informal session of the Citizen Participation and Public Petitions Committee and in the evening attended the Cross Party Group on Commercial Sexual Exploitation.

Covid Statement – vaccine effectiveness
During the Covid-19 Statement, Ruth asked the First Minister about vaccine effectiveness studies.
Technology-assisted Human Trafficking
During Justice and Veterans Portfolio Question Time, Ruth asked a supplementary question, asking the Scottish Government when action will be taken to make it a criminal offence to enable or profit from the prostitution of another person.
Ruth contributed remotely to Clare Adamson’s Member Business debate on the Fairtrade Pledge.
