That the Parliament congratulates the Irvine ice cream bar, Vanilla Joes, on winning the best ice cream award in Scotland at 2016’s Scottish Italian Awards; understands that the shortlisted finalists were visited and independently judged by a panel of industry experts; considers that this award is all the more impressive given that the ice cream bar opened only eight months ago, and wishes the owner, Marco Edge, and everyone else involved every success for the future.
