Motion S5M-03296: Congratulating Irvine Brownie Leaders, Babs Duffy and Helen Seymour

That the Parliament notes the retirement of Babs Duffy, leader of the 10th Irvine Brownies, and her deputy, Helen Seymour, who dedicated 40 and 37 years of their lives to the Brownies respectively; understands that through these years of volunteering both have helped youngsters gain their interest badges across a range of activities such as art, dancing and wildlife, and provided hundreds of young girls with happy childhood memories; further understands that Babs was instrumental in bringing the G in the Park girlguiding event to Eglington Park in July 2015; commends their selflessness and dedication, and wishes them both every success for a happy and well-deserved retirement.
